Document.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

2.1. Write structured, organized, documented, and highly
maintainable programs.

2.2. Design and implement scalable solutions for business problems using best SOA practices.

2.3. Design and build advanced applications for the Android and IOS platform.

2.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

2.5. Work with outside data sources and API’s

2.6. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases,
usability, and general reliability.

2.7. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

2.8. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new
technologies to maximize development efficiency.

3. Reporting Structure

3.1. Daily Report based on a defined format as agreed with Head of Technical Solutions & Chief Solution Architect on project related operations. Furthermore, Weekly Status Report as defined by the Head of Technical Solutions & Chief Solution Architect.

 Monthly Performance review to be conducted with Head of Technical Solutions & Chief Solution Architect.
