Position: Lulu / Saudi Aramco Retail Trainer
Location: Eastern Province, KSA.
Salary: Based on experience.

Status: Permanent with Driving License.


Essential Function and Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Highly experienced Trainer able to deliver a wide range of training courses in food safety and health and safety.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in training and talent development.
• B.Sc. from an accredited and reputable university.
• Experienced in delivering training to a varied skill level 
retail audience.
• Formal education and certification with relevant studies in human resources, training and organizational development.
• In possession of current and multiple training 
accreditations.
• Understanding and experienced within food retail operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills including with a high end level of English (written and spoken).
• Can demonstrate effective organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to use standard software applications.
• Supports a culture of continuous improvement.
• Supports key company and client initiatives to ensure that 
they are successfully delivered.
• Seeks, applies and follows up new ideas and methods.
• Sets stretching goals and achievements for all retail store staff and store management in multiple locations across the Eastern Province.
• Responds positively and enthusiastically to changing business circumstances.
• Resilient when faced with setbacks.
